  1. I find it a terrible waste to demolish a nicely cut piece of beautiful
    organic salmon, when it would've been just as good frying the salmon in
    some light spices, adding it first to the bun, then adding the lovely
    sauce.

  2. there is no denying that this wouldn't taste amazing, but salmon is so expensive and only a sometimes treat for me, i cringed slightly when she minced it up with bread crumbs to make a burger!
