  3. Just an FYI – in the Caribbean, they call "Chinese Cilantro" SHADO BENI, or it may also be known as CULANTRO (pron. koo-lan-tro). That's all. LOL

  4. Those look amazing. I never thought of using brown rice. I made some combining black beans and lentils and they were good. I'm trying your way next time 🙂

  5. They look great. I have two questions, I HATE cilantro, could I substitute Italian parsley or just leave it out and how do you cook them from the frozen state. Do you defrost them first or brown before frozen and reheat in oven? Thanks 

  6. These vege patties & avocado salad look delicious & healthy Mary ann. I know even hubby wouldn't miss the meat I have tried the saw tooth coriander in Vietnam & you are right. It does taste like regular stuff. Great dish. Thank you.

  8. I love recipes like this, I have one with Quinoa that was very good from "cooking with Jack" love you guys always smiling, never a bad word….as I get older I don't eat as much meat…so I really love non meat recipes, thanks again
