  1. I’m not even a fan of olives, but that olive topping seemed like something I would try. Love the cook on that burger!

  2. Checking in from Michigan. From what I understand it is very regional to Michigan. I've never seen it made with capers or as a tapenade, but it looks wonderful. Normally the olives are a bit more coarser chopped and either mixed with mayo or layered with mayo on the burger.

  3. I'm from mi….the olive burgers I've been served up there ,they mix the chopped olives with mayo …..truly a unique regional burger…thanks!
