  2. I made one but substituted a long french roll instead of a large sour dough bun. Also made it on the grill outside (I used foil paper to start and kept the temp at around 350-400 degrees — same as what you would use for a meatloaf). I'll tell you it was amazing. My kids loved it. 

  3. Agreed, Buffalo Is A Much Better Choice!! I Have Some Delicious Buffalo Recipes =) Even MEATLOAF with OATMEAL =) 

  4. @99botles Touch the burger to feel it, or check its temp. The key is not to make it crazy thick, just about an inch or less.
