Reply sweet recipe! Reply can I use less oil? Reply My eggplant keeps too moist and won't let form a firm patty Reply Lovely and I really love eggplant. Keep it up we enjoy your recipes Reply I love the burger and the chef was directly to the point. Thanks girl Reply I just made this it was delicious! I sauteed shallots, onions, and garlic and added them to the avocado and tomato mix for the topping. I also baked my patties for 25 mins instead of frying them. I just coated them with olive oil and they were nice and crispy! Not mushy at all! You could also top them with ketchup, veganaise, spinach and mustard for a variation that taste out of this world!
