1. Im not vegan but eggplant does offer that meat texture. Mos def saute your garlic and cut it smaller. Raw garlic i no joke in a meal. It'll kill your taste buds in an instant.

  3. could you maybe give some ballpark number of how much on average you spend on a vegan meal? im wondering because im a student with ofcourse a student budget and i've been wanting to cut down on my meat consumption because tbh its a lot right now

  4. this recipe is amazing I just did it right now I didn't think it would be so good!cuz I Dont like egg plants but this was great.definetly will do it again.

  5. I just made this it was delicious! I sauteed shallots, onions, and garlic  and added them to the avocado and tomato mix for the topping. I also baked my patties for 25 mins instead of frying them. I just coated them with olive oil and they were nice and crispy! Not mushy at all!

    You could also top them with ketchup, veganaise, spinach and mustard for a variation that taste out of this world!
