  1. Greg, whats in that remoulade sauce? I make my own sauces and seasonings that have been proven, just haven't marketed them yet, but am working on it.

  4. I see the cast iron grate link, I know you had the flat top made custom. Did you do the same for the fryer? I have a weber smoker and a weber gas grill, but I'd buy a charcoal weber grill if I could set mine up like yours.
