1. This video was very difficult to watch. It seems a simple process was made to be more complicated than it actually is. Very interesting but try not to make it sound so complicated.

  2. I love WC. I've made them just like you did too. The most difficult part was the rolling, I used parchment paper too. However, I found a cool video of a woman using a 1 gallon ziploc bag for 2 pounds of hamburger. She rolled it out, scored an imprint on both sides and froze it. Works like a charm! ?

  3. Good job on this. Although I have to point out that the reason they call them sliders is because of those dehydrated onions. Jus' sayin'

  4. kind of cross contaminating when u put the bun on the undercooked meat, made me feel slightly uncomftorable about this recipe
