  1. a gr8 recipe it is. but i wish to ask 1 thing. i wish to keep paneer not-grated. basically i want to keep paneer into a rectangle patty and marinate it with mayo/hung curd and some spices then refrigerate it.

    the next part i am confused about is that how to convert this paneer piece into patty? would it be better to put the marinated piece into water-maida mixture and bread crumbs and cook over an oiled pan or should i directly put it into hot oil for deep fry "without putting it into any mixture"? (well m not a chef so dont know much about cooking.)
