  1. I made these on Sunday for the labor day weekend BBQ. Used sharp cheddar and plenty of bacon in the burgers. Added some jalapeno and cayenne to make 'em spicy. They were all gone very quickly. People had nothing but good things to say about them. Maybe I should've made more.

  5. preheat the grill, cover on, to 400f+, then brush the grate to remove what was left on the grate after the last bbq, and it's sterilized. Simple as that. We don't use soap and water. You do as you wish, girl. -BBQ Pit Boys
