Spicy Tuna Burgers
Ingredients:
1 OXO Herbs and Spices Mexican Cube
400g can tuna in brine, well drained
50g/2oz fresh white breadcrumb
4 spring onions finely chopped
2 tbsp low fat fromage fraise
Fry light spray oil.
Burger buns or muffins
Shredded lettuce
Onion rings
Sliced tomato and cucumber
Salad leaves
Directions:
Put the tuna into a bowl,add the breadcrumbs, spring onions and crumble in the OXO Mexican seasoning cube.Add the from age fraise and mix everything together Season if needed. The mixture can be chilled at this stage. Shape into patties using BurgerMate.
