  1. mmm looks cummy, in a good way… well not if your not gay…witch i'm not, you could be… or not, your choice, well not a choice

    that got wierd.

  2. The pH of that fermentation might be a significant factor to avoid culturing pathogenic E.Coli. Was soda lime used in traditional recipes before the mass production of baking soda in the industrial era? Are there other, similar recipes which include different bases- like savory leaf ash?
