  1. Crystal- I can't stand chunky ground beef either! I got this amazing gadget from pampered Chef that is a ground meat chopper upper! You should look into it 🙂

  2. YUM YUM Crystal!! I'm not a "chunky" person so my hubby has to finely chop and "hide" things haha You need to start a cooking show!!! :)) love ya gf!! ps.. I have no idea how I got behind on your videos so don't think I'm a stalker today HUGS Kim

  3. BBQ fritos are my biggest weakness ever! thankfully (and sadly ha) they don't sell them in manhattan anywhere that i've found…i end up only having them MAYBE once a year if i'm lucky. if i'm on vacay somewhere i know that has them you better believe i bolt to the grocery store 🙂

  4. We do it a few different ways. We always keep certain things on hand for our weekly favorites like tacos. I always keep frozen veggies on hand as well as quick things like veggie burgers or something like that when we don't know what we want. I usually plan out 3-4 nights but can change it up if need be. It is a little hard with two people. 🙂

  5. How do you meal plan? Do you do a weekly plan or just keep food on hand and cook whatever's sounds good? I'm finding it hard to meal plan just for the two of us and I don't like having to run to the store every other day. These look delicious by the way 🙂

  6. Thanks! We used the burger press from pampered chef I think. It's old and my husband actually had it before we met. I hate forming patties whether they are turkey or beef but turkey sticks more so that was easier. 🙂

  7. I like both but usually turkey because it's leaner, less calories. However, it's easier and easier these days to find really lean beef in the store. I just can't always get it without the added hormones, etc. Turkey is pretty dry though so I have to doctor it up. These came out a tad dryer than I like. I should have put some Worchestire Sauce in it, which I do with hamburgers. 🙂

  8. Ahh, he sounds just like my father in law. I've used all kinds of tomatoes with the spices. It just depends on what I can get. We love cornbread and sometimes have that but usually when I make White Bean Chicken Chili. 🙂
