  1. mr protein guy, i'm currently trying to gain muscle mass, is it true i should try to introduce some good carbs back into my diet?

  2. Actually been doing this since last week, egg and all. Burger, a half spoon marinara, slice of cheese, egg, scallions/ green onions.. wrapped in lettuce.

  3. I would say it's less keto when it's lean meat. I mean, there was more than double the amount of protein compared to fat, and that's not right.
